About Esther

Esther is born and raised in the Bay Area. She’s deeply curious about the economics that shape our everyday lives and how thoughtful design can strengthen organizations working toward civic good, particularly in the areas of food equity and justice. Beyond her professional work, she cooks and develops recipes as ways of exploring her Korean-Californian identity.

Esther received her degree in Economics at the University of California, Davis. In her spare time, she enjoys lake fishing, volunteering, and reading cookbooks.
